Smart valve positioner, straight stroke, single acting, failsafe
When the positioner fails in the production process, the valve is fixed at the position permitted by the working conditions, and the control parameters and characteristic parameters of the failed positioner are downloaded to the backup positioner by using the customized Hart manual operator. The backup positioner shall be installed on the valve as close as possible to the failed positioner. In this way, the backup positioner can work directly when powered on without going through the self-tuning mode. For such control, the control accuracy will not be affected, but there will be some deviation (within 5%) in zero point or full degree due to installation error, but it is sufficient to meet the needs of on-site emergency control. When the production conditions permit, the positioner will be fully put into normal operation after one key self-tuning.
